On this day millions are Celebrating Easter but in the Christian world we call it Resurrection Sunday so we are taken the time to remember what Jesus has done for us. Eastern Orthodox churches observe Lent or Great Lent, during the 6 weeks or 40 days preceding Palm Sunday with fasting continuing during the Holy Week of Easter.
